At Stitched by Jenna, every piece is made with care and designed especially for you. Because all items are personalized, I’m not able to accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed.
Custom Work
Each item is stitched based on the details you provide, making it truly one of a kind. Since these products are personalized, they can’t be resold or restocked.

If Something Goes Wrong
On the rare chance that I make a mistake, email me within 30 days of receiving your order at stitchedbyjennaa@gmail.com. I’ll work with you to make it right, whether that means fixing the issue or replacing the item at no extra cost.
